Plot Summary/Synopsis
This story is set in a flower shop in a bustling city. Despite being in such a city this flower shop is situated in one of those streets where real people still care about each other, look after each other and enjoy a haven from the crazy world outside.
This flower shop is run by women, five of them in fact and each is alone. One is the widow of a good man. Her daughters are both divorced, one is a pessimist while the other is an eternal optimist. One sees nothing useful in men while the other may not want to marry again but is quite prepared to enjoy an affair with any man who cares to treat her right.
Then there are the granddaughters and great-granddaughters and you will meet all of them in this crazy story. And what is this story all about? It’s about love and falling out of love; it’s about ordinary people and their ordinary lives as they struggle from one paycheck to the next. And it’s compelling and it will keep you watching right through to the very end.
